Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Nature Cradle Organic. We strive to provide the highest quality organic products and excellent customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange after this period.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it
- Be in the original packaging, including tags or seals if applicable
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Please do not send your purchase back to the product manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Perishable goods such as food or flowers
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Health and personal care items marked as non-returnable
These restrictions are in place for hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Books with visible signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
Approval of partial refunds is at our sole discretion and based on the condition of the returned item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take several business days to post
- Contact your bank — processing times vary
If it’s been more than 10 business days since you received our refund approval email and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at help@naturecradleorganic.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at help@naturecradleorganic.com and send your item to our warehouse address below.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit in the form of a gift card once the return is received. If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the original purchaser, a refund will be issued to them.

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for return items lost in transit. Please retain proof of postage and tracking details. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if no tracking is provided.
